- Boil the macaroni in salted water for about 7-8 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook for a minute.
- Slowly add milk, whisking until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Mix in the macaroni and let it cool a bit.
- Mix ground beef with spices, shape into patties, and cook them in a hot pan until done.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add mac ‘n’ cheese, a burger patty, bacon, and extra cheese.
- Roll up the wrap tightly, then grill it in butter until golden and melty.
- Slice in half and enjoy!

From my own kitchen experience, I’ve found that cooking the macaroni just a bit less than usual keeps the wrap from getting soggy and makes every bite nice and firm.
