Notes

From my own kitchen experience, I’ve found that cooking the macaroni just a bit less than usual keeps the wrap from getting soggy and makes every bite nice and firm. Let the mac ‘n’ cheese cool a little before wrapping—it really helps! I also love adding a little fresh lettuce or tomato for a crisp touch. This wrap is super easy to make ahead and reheat, perfect for busy days. Trust me, once you try it, it’ll become a family favorite!
