- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until mostly smooth but slightly chunky.
- Stir in red onion, tomato, garlic, and lime juice.
- Add smoked paprika, sour cream, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add chopped cilantro if using.
- Chill for 10 minutes if desired. Top with crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos before serving for a Cardi-style punch.
