  • ½ cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks Use frozen pineapple for best texture.
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk Can substitute with any milk of choice.
  • ½ cup Pineapple Juice Fresh or bottled juice works well.
  • 1 tbsp Honey Optional, for added sweetness.
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract Optional, enhances flavor.

Equipment

  • 1 unit Ninja Creami Machine For blending and achieving smooth texture.
  • 1 bowl Ninja Creami Bowl For holding and processing the ingredients.
  • 1 Measuring Cup For measuring coconut milk and pineapple juice.
  • 1 set Measuring spoons For measuring honey and vanilla extract.
  • 1 Spoon For serving and stirring (if needed).

Method
 

  1. Add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey, and vanilla extract to the Ninja Creami bowl.
  2. Lock the bowl into the Ninja Creami machine and select “Ice Cream” mode.
  3. If needed, use the “Re-spin” function for a smoother texture.
