- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour into Ninja CREAMi pint and freeze for 12–24 hours.
- Process using the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
- If crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp milk and respin.
- Scoop and enjoy! Add mix-ins if you like.
