The griddle side is where this combo earns its place. Smash burgers get an excellent crust, and pancakes and breakfast come out diner-style, all on a top that holds about 30 burgers or 126 hot dogs. The two 4-quart air fryer drawers are solid rather than spectacular, roughly a 6 out of 10 next to a dedicated countertop fryer, but fries crisp well and a whole chicken cooks fine. That is why we rank it first: no other Blackstone gives you this much cooking area, two independent fryer drawers and four independently controlled burners in one cabinet.

The rear grease management is the best of any griddle in its class, and bacon cleanup is easy. The frame feels well built and expensive, with powder-coated steel, soft-touch knobs and metal casters. Expect trade-offs. Assembly takes about 90 minutes and goes easier with two people, and at 192 lbs it is not something you move often. The burners run uneven, and there is no built-in propane gauge, so you track the tank yourself.
Check the generation before you buy: the maker's current listing is the 2439, while the older cabinet unit is the 1923. Street prices run roughly $400 to $650, far below the $1,199 list price, and a one-year warranty applies.
